  • All employers with 5 or more employees

Who must be trained?

  • All employees must be trained
  • Supervisory employees must be training for at least 2 hours
  • Non Supervisory Employees must be trained for at least 1 hour

When must employees be trained?

  • Within 6 months of hire for all nonsupervisory employees and supervisory employees
  • Within 6 months of assuming a supervisory role for supervisory employees
  • Within 30 days of hire or within the first 100 hours worked, whichever comes first for Temporary employees

    • One (1) hour of bystander training for all employees.
